How do I order
You can purchase items through our online shop. However if you would like to commission a special piece or have alternative requirements, please get in touch using the Contact tab or email us at [email protected] and leave your contact details. We will then get back to you to discuss your requirements.
When will I receive my goods
In stock items will normally be dispatched within 2 workings days of your order being received by us.
Orders are sent as standard by Royal Mail 1st class signed for post. Please see below for details regarding postage times and charges.
If the piece is out of stock please allow 14-21 days for the piece to be made and dispatched. However we will give you an estimated delivery date when you order For commissions please speak to us directly.
Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that you are delighted with your Circa 72 purchase but we appreciate that occasionally you may change your mind. We except returns within 14 days of the delivery date so long as the item is returned in the condition it was received and in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item we will refund the purchase price less any postage and packaging charge within 14 days.
We regret that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any earrings unless they are damaged or faulty.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Postage/Delivery
We send all items by Royal mail 1st class signed for post as standard. Items will normally be delivered within 5 days of posting however you should refer to Royal Mail for details.
Charge for postage per order is £3.75
Payment
Payment can be accepted via Paypal or most credit or debit cards using the link on the Paypal page. Please note items will only be dispatched when full payment has been received by Circa 72.
